Since 2018, Kay Johnson has delivered inspiring and impactful talks to diverse audiences, including women, young girls, students, and professionals, across the Delta region and globally. Kay’s speaking portfolio extends internationally through virtual engagements in countries such as New Zealand and the Philippines, where she has inspired audiences with her empowering message of self-worth and transformation. In addition to her global reach, Kay has also worked closely with students with intellectual disabilities, demonstrating her commitment to inclusivity and her ability to adapt her message to resonate with audiences of all abilities.  

In 2022, Kay was recognized as a Top 5 finalist in the Miss Tennessee America Scholarship Pageant, showcasing her poise, advocacy, and talent for connecting with large audiences. As a titleholder in multiple state-level pageants, including the Miss Universe brand, Kay has represented Tennessee on prominent stages, sharpening her public speaking and leadership skills.

As a proud titleholder in the Miss Tennessee America Scholarship Pageant and the reigning Miss Milan Crown & Scepter 2022, Kay embodies the strength and poise of unstoppable confidence.
